Welcome to my blog!

I’m a clinical psychology professor, media psychologist, and academic leader with a passion for making psychology practical, engaging, and accessible. I teach in the APA-accredited PsyD program at Antioch University Seattle and direct the Positive Psychology and Technology Lab (PsyTech), where we explore how innovation and media can support mental health and well-being.

I’m also the Founder and President of AllPsych.com, a long-standing psychology resource with thousands of members and tens of thousands of monthly page views.

I recently co-authored a textbook titled The Strength-Based Clinical Supervision Workbook (published through Routledge and available on Amazon).

Currently, I serve as Board Member-At-Large and 2025 APA Division Co-Chair for the Society for Media Psychology and Technology (APA Division 46).
