18: Mesokurtic Graph: Moderate Peak + Normal Range

 

Mesokurtic Graph

This line graph is considered mesokurtic because it has:

a. A moderate peak representing a normal number of scores in the middle of the distribution

b. A normal range with gradual curves, representing a sloping distribution of scores

Notice how the graph appears symmetrical. A perfect mesokurtic curve is also called a normal curve, which by definition is not skewed in either direction.
