Good overview of well being

This was a good general article on well being and resilience. The course included some interesting facts about well being and its relationship with depression and anxiety, which made it applicable to clients as well. Only weakness is that it could have been more detailed. There was a lot of general information but you get the references too so you can look up more if you want.
