Dr. Heffner is a licensed psychologist and core faculty member in the Clinical PsyD Program at Antioch University Seattle (AUS). He teaches interventions courses including Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Clinical Supervision. He runs the Positive Psychology Lab at AUS focused on fostering individual, community, and organizational well-being. He recently co-authored a textbook titled The Strength-Based Clinical Supervision Workbook (published through Routledge and available on Amazon).
